How this website handles your information

This notice covers the public website only. Clinical records, intake forms, and video sessions are handled on HIPAA-compliant platforms with their own notices. Please do not send health information through this website.

What we collect

• Contact requests. Name, email, phone, the service you are interested in, how you prefer to be contacted, and any note you choose to leave. We also record which page you were on, and campaign parameters from the link that brought you here (for example utm_source or gclid), so we know which advertising is working.
• Usage measurement. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 records pages visited, device type, approximate location, and interactions such as clicking the booking button. Without consent it receives only aggregate, cookieless signals.
• Advertising measurement. With your consent, Google Ads and, if enabled, Meta record that a visit led to a booking click or a contact request. We do not use health-related audience targeting.

How we use it

To reply to you, to schedule the free consultation, and to understand which pages and ads bring people who become clients. Contact requests are stored in a spreadsheet and email inbox controlled by the practice and its marketing contractor, Heavyweight Marketing, and are deleted on request.

Your choices

• The cookie prompt offers two choices: "Allow all" turns on the measurement described above, and "Only essentials" keeps the site working with none of it. "Which search or link brought you in" on the prompt refers to this advertising measurement. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
• We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a decline.

Services we rely on

• Google Analytics and Google Ads (measurement), Meta (measurement, only if enabled), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on the form), Hostinger (hosting), Google Workspace (lead spreadsheet and email).
• Carepatron handles booking, the client portal and intake forms, appointment reminders, and video sessions under its own privacy terms. The booking calendar on the contact page is loaded from carepatron.com.
