Brett works with adults and couples on a focused set of concerns, using cognitive behavioral counseling that is practical from the first session. Each page below explains what the concern can look like, how counseling helps, what to expect, and what it costs, so you can decide with clear eyes.

Secure, HIPAA-compliant care
Video sessions run on Carepatron and intake forms live on a secure client platform, so your privacy is protected end to end.
How it works →Before you choose
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Telehealth Hope Counseling is in network with UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Anthem, and CareSource. Private pay is also welcome. If your plan is not listed, ask during the free call and Brett will point you to reimbursement options.
How do video sessions work?
Video sessions run on Carepatron, the HIPAA-compliant platform that also handles your booking and forms. You get a reminder with a secure link before each appointment and open it at your session time from a phone, tablet, or computer. A private room and a steady connection are all you need.
What happens first?
Book a free 10-minute phone call. If it feels like a fit, Brett schedules your initial assessment in Carepatron and you complete the consent and intake form there before you meet. The assessment shapes the plan from there.
Is counseling confidential?
Yes. Communication and the Carepatron platform meet HIPAA requirements. There are a small number of legal exceptions, and Brett explains them in the first session.
